Error 19-13 es una revista que busca fortalecer la producción de crítica de arte y la formación de públicos. Se propone como un espacio para reconocer las capacidades críticas y la libertad intelectual de estudiantes universitarios, investigadores y escritores en general. Se publican ensayos, críticas, encuentros, conferencias, gráfica y escritura creativa que se pregunten por las condiciones de producción y circulación de las prácticas artísticas en el circuito del arte regional de los últimos años y sus relaciones con el ámbito nacional e internacional. En este sentido, permite descentralizar la reflexión sobre arte en el país y crear un archivo en web, que aporta a la construcción histórica del arte en nuestras latitudes. Error 19-13, en definitiva, obedece a la necesidad de generar nuevos diálogos y debates, en la esfera pública, que nos permitan pensar las prácticas artísticas contemporáneas, sus interpelaciones a nuestras formas de vida y el lugar del error en los procesos de creación.
